About the Create A Vision For Your Life workshop
A vision board is a collage of visual images or words that represent the life you want to live, like a dream board. Quite literally, it is a tangible representation of the vision you have for yourself.
In this fully interactive and fun workshop, we will create our own individula vision boards, so be prepared to get messy and put your craft skills to the test.
We will dig a little deeper into how the Vision Board works with our subconscious mind, using it to train our internal process to build new neurotransmitters in our brain, not forgetting in all truths - it is to be done in alignment with our values.
