Aries is a great coach. Some of her biggest strengths are asking good and appropriate questions to draw out from me what I am wanting to achieve, she also had a great ability to challenge me, not afraid to push me harder. During our sessions, I felt really free to share openly due to the rapport that she had built.
I came to Aries with quite vauge goals that I myself did not fully understand. However, her skillful questions allowed me to break these down and challenged me to devise a plan of action to help me move forward. I felt supported throughout process and free to think of solutions that I wouldn’t have otherwise arrived at.
Aries always created healthy and professional environment for our sessions. Its been a pleasure working with Aries.
