The journey to finding Oneself - Part III

Life is a journey. A journey needs a destination. A destination needs the core value as it directs us, guide consciously and/or unconsciously.

Now that I understand that. Now that I know my values. What’s next?

Live a life that align to your values, including the ones that you want to have but often don’t have especially in a job or situation and the ones that is operational (unconscious) that gives you security, comfort and choices 

• What is currently being practiced in your life that needs to be removed ?

• What can you do more of? What can you do less of?

• Where are you out of alignment with your core values?

• What will happen if nothing changes?

Reach out to someone like a life coach if you are still searching, find that person who you are able to relate to and let them walk with you in this journey of self discovery, of finding your very own destination, your “North Star”.

Mainstream gets us to focus on money, prestige, titles, qualifications. Is this what you truly want for your own life?

How do you measure success? What is success to you? Rich? Owning a big house? A promising career? Or just simply a fulfilment where only your heart knows
